Agentic AI in practice – rethinking car discovery with SAKA

In this session, we explore what happens when AI stops being a feature and becomes the interface itself. Using SAKA – one of Finland's leading used-car retailers – as a real-world case, we demonstrate how agentic AI can replace traditional navigation, search, and filtering with a conversational, multimodal experience that has full access to data, user context, and platform functionality.

Rather than focusing on chatbots or recommendations, this talk shows how agentic AI can observe, remember, reason, and act across platforms and over time. The result is a faster, more precise, and more human way to explore and compare products – with implications far beyond car discovery.
